Blind Turtle Productions is the film and documentary division of the tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Brats Without Borders.
BWB was founded by Donna Musil in 1999 to create film, art, and educational programming to educate, illuminate, and provide hope - including programming designed to advance education and science, lessen national and neighborhood tensions, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, defend human and civil rights, and explore the unique subculture of military “brats” (i.e., children raised in military families) and other “third culture kids” (e.g., children who spend a portion of their youth outside their country of citizenship, primarily due to their parent(s) careers with diplomatic services, international corporations, educational organizations, and other groups).
If you would like to support our films and educational/arts programs by making a tax-deductible donation, please go to our BWB Donations Page and follow the instructions. All funds go directly to Brats Without Borders (Federal Tax ID #58-2486120). Thank you for your help!
FILMS & DOCUMENTARIES
Here are some of the films and documentaries your donation supports:
Strangled - A career thief is executed for a series of brutal rapes and murders, but the evidence is conflicting. Did he or didn’t he? Is our criminal justice system designed to even pursue the truth?

Truman’s Kids - How President Truman’s “grand experiment” to integrate the military in 1948 has affected generations of American children, and what we might learn from their experiences.
BRATS: Our Journey Home - U.S. military brats describe growing up around the world, then struggling to fit into an America their families fought for, but barely know. Narrated and featuring songs by Kris Kristofferson.
